Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development (CRRID) Chandigarh, India : an autonomous research Think Tank in India promoting research, publication, development, training on current issues and other creative activities.

Muslim Aid Sri Lanka (MASL) : is a UK based relief and development agency working in over 70 countries regardless of race, religion, gender, nationality or political opinion with field offices in Bangladesh, Bosnia, Cambodia, Gambia, Indonesia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka and Sudan, to provide emergency relief including food, shelter and medical support; capacity building through water, sanitation and health programmes; education and skills training; micro-financing and income generation.

Movement for Land and Agricultural Reform (MONLAR) : actively involved in encouraging a policy and a practice of an unified approach for establishing a farming system in Sri Lanka which is environmentally and economically sustainable and socially just.

The Bio Energy Association of Sri Lanka (BEASL) : was formed by a group of concerned citizens who have long strived to promote the use of indigenous resources for power generation and thus reduce the increasing dependence on imported fossil fuels for both generation of electricity and thermal energy requirements.
