President :  W.B.A. Jayasekara
Chemical Engineer by training. Held a number of senior positions in diverse manufacturing fields including serving as Chairman of the Lanka Mineral Sands Limited. A past President of the Organization of Professional Associations (OPA) and currently serves as President of several other associations. A social worker, and through his engagement with a charity group he has screened over one million children for vision defects and, where found appropriate, provided corrected measures.

Director International Relations : Arjuna Hulugalle
Publisher & writer. Published 20 books, articles & national magazines. Peace loving by nature and a family man; committed to social transformation through good governance & empowerment of people to achieve self reliance & strengthening communities. Formal education at Royal College Colombo, Notre Dame International School, Rome, & Queens College, Taunton, UK. Graduated from Hoehere Fachschule für grafische Gewerbe (School of Printing), Stuttgart, Germany. Fluent in German & Italian, apart from Sinhala & English. Past Chairman & Founder of Multi-Packs (Ceylon) Ltd., & Arjuna Hulugalle Dictionaries. Founder of several other commercial enterprises.

Coordinator, Rural Democracy, Peace and Security : Rtd. Maj. Gen. Kamal Fernando
Electronic Engineer by training and professional speciality in communication and surveillance planning, training and implementation. Served in the Sri Lankan Army and later as Communications Advisor in Sultan of Oman Land Forces Signals. He has held several honorary positions including CEO of Help Sri Lanka Consortium responsible for post-tsunami housing and community building schemes.

Coordinator, Good Governance : U.B. Wijekoon
A senior politician and served as a Minister in the Republic of Sri Lanka for many years. Also served as the Ambassador of Sri Lanka in Russia. A believer in natural justice and fair play, and strong advocate of party-less politics to rebuild Sri Lanka on the basis that the country belongs to all.

Coordinator, Nutrition and Women’s Affairs : Mrs. Srima Seneviratne
A committed social worker and associated with a number of voluntary organisations connected with welfare improvement. Takes special interest in women’s rights and has a flare for representing the voiceless.

Coordinator, Field Supervision and Networking : S.M. Farees
Self made entrepreneur and social activist committed to improving inter-ethnic understanding and human welfare. A talented motivator for self reliance and efficient resource use and conservation.

Finance Controller : P. Weerasekara
Graduate of the University of Ceylon; held very senior positions in the public service of Sri Lanka and retired as the Director General of Sri Lanka Customs. Strict disciplinarian and has a keen eye for details and perfection.

Coordinator, Social Programmes : Mrs. Mano Alles
A banker by profession, held several senior positions in financial sector including Deputy General Manager of the Bank of Ceylon. A social activist and allergic to injustice and discrimination. Very devoted to village development and the underprivileged through her association with a number of civic conscious societies.
